Wi-Fi models offer app control using the app listed in the product instructions, such as Tuya Smart or Smart Life. Timer-only models are programmed on the device. Camera and remote features depend on the model.

Camera-equipped feeders let you check on your pet through the supported app. Video resolution, night vision and two-way audio vary by model. Check the product page for the features included with your feeder.

Unplug the device first and follow the model's cleaning instructions. Wash only parts identified as washable and let them dry before reassembly. Keep electrical parts out of water. Use a dishwasher only if the manual explicitly permits it.

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.
