Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 30 days

How to Return
Contact us at hygeonpet.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
